Migration Communication Form

Communication Types

You can use the Migration Communication Form to:

• Notify Upcoming Migration - Let the Veeva Migration Team know that you are planning a migration to Veeva Basics.
  ⓘ Important

  You must notify Veeva of your upcoming migration at least ten (10) business days prior to providing your files for Sandbox migration.

• Notify of Template Upload - Let the Veeva Migration Team know that you have uploaded your migration template to File Staging.
• Submit a Migration Question - Ask the Veeva Migration Team a migration question that is not answered in the Migration Center.
• Sandbox Reviewed, Request Migration to Production - Let the Veeva Migration Team know that you have uploaded your final, completed template to File Staging and you are ready for Veeva to load it into Production.

  Production Migration must be requested and completed within seven (7) business days after Sandbox Migration is completed.
